At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
